Live Equipped LLC now offers free standard shipping on all items. Standard Shipping means ground transportation or standard LTL (18 Wheeler). Residential deliveries may require additional fees depending on the item. Make sure to use the pull down menu for the shipping options.


Expedited shipping may be available on smaller items that can ship by UPS or Fedex. Contact us at We will calculate the additional freight charges and communicate them with you. The expedited freight charges will need to be added to the order by means of item number "Special Freight". Note: The later in the day it gets, the less likely the item will be able to ship that same day. We rely on our vendors to get orders processed and shipped and we cannot guarantee that expedited items will ship the same day.


For items shipping on standard trucks, depending on the brand, different options need to be selected if Liftgate and/or Residential delivery is required.


We work directly with the manufacturers to make sure all orders are handled with priority.


Please INSPECT ALL Shipments prior to signing for them. If there is damage, please refuse the shipment. Signing for a damaged shipment releases the manufacturer from any liability and the claim process will need to go through the carrier.

However, if you wish to order, we will be glad to ship to a freight forwarder at the listed shipping price for the item. Simply use the Freight Forwarder's address in the Shipping Address field. Please provide any quote number or account number that will help the freight forwarder know what to do with the shipment.


We can provide you with an invoice with item details and pricing.


Any fees, taxes and additional documents will be your responsibility.

Returns Policy


We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to answer any questions you may have to ensure you are purchasing the products for your needs.  Although we strive to make sure you are 100% satisfied, we understand that may not always be the case.  If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please e-mail us at  We will be happy to assist you, and if necessary, work with the appropriate party(s) on a return.


If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, a full refund will be processed. All cancellation requests must be e-mailed. If you decide you do not want the product after it has been shipped, any applicable restock fees incurred from the manufacturer will be passed along and once we receive credit, a refund (less any fees) will be processed.


All Returns are subject to the Manufacturer's policy(s)


Note: Some manufactures do not accept return of parts. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and reach out to us if there is any question and we can assist. If there is an error by the manufacturer, we will work with them for resolution.


Shipments:  All products ship direct from the manufacturer and unless otherwise directed, they will choose the delivery company/ freight carrier.  Freight damage is the freight carrier's responsibility, so please carefully inspect the item(s) before signing for them and refuse any damaged shipment. We will work with our manufacturers on any damage or warranty issues, but keep in mind that neither the manufacturer or Live Equipped LLC is responsible for the damage. We are bound by each manufacturer's policy and cannot take steps outside of their direction.
